BCA drills NPL supervisors

Nation Publications Limited (NPL) supervisory level staff last week took time off to sharpen their skills on the team leadership roles they play in the organisation. The training was conducted at Business Consult Africa (BCA) in Blantyre. The interactive training took the supervisors through several real life supervisory situations and how to solve them. The three-day workshop was facilitated by Henry Kachaje of BCA and Laston Masumba of Impact Management Consultants.
