Women in the corporate sector have been encouraged to take control of their careers and boldly overcome challenges that hinder their progress.
Speaking at the Corporate Ladies’ Event hosted by Fountain of Victory Church International, Head of Women’s Ministry Pastor Priscilla Ziba emphasized the need for women to seize opportunities and strive for excellence.
Her keynote address, themed “Seizing Your Moment”, drew from Ephesians 5:15-17, urging attendees to make the most of every opportunity and break self-imposed limitations.
The event, attended by over 100 women from different professions, provided a platform for networking and discussions on key issues such as career development, leadership, and integrity in the workplace.
Participants also addressed the role of women in fighting corruption, with Pastor Ziba calling on the government, institutions, and churches to create more spaces for such discussions.
Sessions included practical presentations on professional dressing and maintaining Christian values at work, equipping women with insights to balance faith and professionalism.
