CTS ceo wins 2025 Global Recognition Award

CTS Courier CEO Jacqueline Msiska Bokosi has won a 2025 Global Recognition Award for her “exceptional leadership and innovation” in Malawi’s courier and transport industry.

Bokosi is growing CTS Courier into the country’s leading service, now with 30 branches.

According to Global Recognition Awards, Bokosi scored perfectly in categories like “ethical leadership,” “vision implementation,” and “fostering innovation.” The results were validated using the Rasch model.

“Her ability to build a thriving enterprise while maintaining the highest service standards has made her a business success story,” read the statement. “The panel particularly commended her resilience in the face of personal tragedy.”

The committee also noted how she disrupted a space long dominated by global firms.

“An independent assessment revealed that CTS Courier has achieved remarkable customer retention through Bokosi’s understanding that innovation must ultimately serve customer needs.”

Reacting to the news, Bokosi said tge recognition is not just about her — it’s about every Malawian who believes in building something meaningful from the ground up.

She said: ” I dedicate this award to my team and to those who supported CTS when we had nothing but a vision.”
