CTS Courier has opened five new branches in Lilongwe, Blantyre, and Zomba in a move aimed at improving customer service and easing congestion in existing outlets.
The new branches are located at Gravity Mall in City Centre, Chitipi, and Bunda in Lilongwe; Ginnery Corner near MACRA offices in Blantyre; and 3 Miles in Zomba.
Speaking in an interview, CTS Courier Managing Director Jacquieline Bokosi said the expansion is part of efforts to bring services closer to customers and enhance efficiency.
“These new branches will help us serve our customers better and reduce congestion. With the growing need for quick and secure parcel delivery, we’ve identified key areas where our presence will make a significant impact,” Bokosi said.
She added that CTS remains committed to improving customer experience and meeting the rising demand for reliable courier services.
With the addition of the new outlets, CTS now operates 30 branches nationwide—making it the courier service with the widest network in Malawi.
