CTS Courier maintains service prices despite fuel hike
CTS Courier managing director, Jacqueline Bokosi, says the company will not adjust the prices of its services despite recent fuel price increases.
Bokosi said the decision aims to cushion customers who are already facing economic hardships.

“We understand that many people are passing through financial challenges, so we do not want to add another burden on them,” she said.
She further disclosed that the minimum cost of sending a parcel will remain at K1,000.

According to Bokosi, the company’s focus is not only on generating profit but also on supporting its customers during difficult times.
“Our commitment goes beyond business. We want to ensure that our clients access reliable services without being strained further by rising costs,” she explained.
