CTS Courier has promoted four women to senior managerial positions in a move the company says reflects its commitment to women empowerment and improved customer service delivery.
The promotions have seen Jestina Chiwaka appointed as Regional Manager for the Central Region, Winfrida Chiponde as Regional Manager for the Southern Region, Thandi Kalimanjira as Branch Manager for Ndirande, and Ronnie Kanjuchi as Branch Manager for Kameza.
Speaking in an interview, CTS Courier Managing Director Jacqueline Bokosi said the decision aligns with the company’s belief that women, when given the opportunity, can excel and make significant contributions to business growth.
“Women are capable of doing great things if given an opportunity. We are confident that these appointments will not only strengthen our management team but also resolve some of the customer service challenges our clients have experienced,” she said.
Bokosi added that the appointments form part of CTS Courier’s broader strategy to improve operational efficiency and ensure customers enjoy a more responsive and personalized service.
