CTS maintains reliable courier services amid fuel shortages

CTS Courier Managing Director Jacqueline Bokosi says the company has improved service delivery despite the country facing challenges of fuel, assuring customers of continued affordable and reliable courier services.

She said fuel shortages have affected operations, but CTS is working hard to ensure that goods continue moving across the country without major disruptions.

“Despite the country facing fuel challenges, we are doing our best to ensure parcels reach their destinations while keeping our services affordable,” Bokosi said.

She said cases of missing parcels remain minimal and are expected to be fully eliminated as the company continues strengthening its systems and operations.

Bokosi also said that CTS will open new service centres on 1 June in Ntandire, Lilongwe, and Mpemba in Blantyre.

She said the expansion is aimed at bringing services closer to customers so that they do not walk long distances to access courier services.

Reacting to the development, Machinjiri resident Kondwani Mwase welcomed the move, saying it will improve access to courier services and reduce transport costs for people in surrounding areas.
