Fedoma hails Chiwaya’s election

Federation of Disability Organisations in Malawi (Fedoma) has commended members of Parliament (MPs) for voting Clement Chiwaya to the office of Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament. Fedoma acting executive director Action Amos described the appointment as significant, especially to the disability sector because “we will now regard Chiwaya as our ambassador on issues concerning people with disabilities”.—JAMES CHIMPWEYA
