Firm to capacitate education technologically

Astria Learning, a leader in Educational Technology (EduTech) solutions has opened an office in Malawi to provide educational technology and support to educational institutions to ensure access to quality education.

In an interview, founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of the institution Jeff Bordes said through the local presence, Astria Learning aims to serve the educational needs of Malawian institutions, offering customized solutions that cater to the unique challenges and opportunities within the region.

“Our aim is to continue bridging the digital divide in education. Our solutions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable, providing students with the resources they need to succeed regardless of their location or socioeconomic status,” he said.

He said Astria Learning is dedicated to continuous growth and innovation, working closely with educational institutions to foster environments where technology enhances learning experiences and outcomes.

So far, Astria Learning has been partnering with the University of Malawi (Unima) but Bordes disclosed that the partnership has been extended to the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (Luanar) and Mzuzu University (Mzuni).
