Queens, N. Ireland game live on SuperSport-7

As Malawi Queens play Northern Ireland at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, MultiChoice Malawi marketing manager Chimwemwe Nyirenda has said the match will be broadcast live today on SuperSport-7 at noon.

Nyirenda said the beaming of the Queen’s match will mark the official launch of live broadcasts of the Commonwealth Games.

He said the launch here in Malawi will take place at Sunbird Mount Soche’s Michiru Restaurant from noon.

Nyirenda said other sports disciplines such as athletics, judo and aquatics, which have Malawian representatives at the competition, will also be broadcast live on DStv channels, but he was the disciplines will be beamed.

“Malawi Olympic Committee (MOC) has not yet given us information concerning the athletes’ categories for us to trace them,” said Nyirenda.
