Shammah Vocals breaks two-year silence, releases single, ‘Onani’

Gospel artist Shammah Vocals, has broken two years of silence with the release of a single titled Onani.

In an interview, Shammah Vocals said the song is a reminder to all that even in times when all hope seems to be lost, Jesus is always right by their side.

“It is a song of hope and spreading joy to the testimonies that we see in our lives every day because God has been there for us from the day we were born,” he said.

The artist added that the song is one of the songs that he plans to be part of his new album titled In His Footsteps which will be released this year.

Shammah Vocals, who has been writing and recording music for the past two years without any releases, said Macia produced the song while VJ Ken did the video.

In part the song goes: “Kubadwa nako tinabadwa No kanthu

Ena mwa ife tinabadwira kovutika

Koma amadziwa ndi Yehova zatsogolo la munthu

You never know chomwe ungakhale mawa…”

Shammah Vocals, real name Shammah Storah, is one of the country’s renowmed gospel artists whose hits include No Reverse, Daily and Testimonies.
