Swift Courier Services, one of Malawi’s emerging logistics providers, has announced the opening of new branches in Malangalanga, Area 25 Nsungwi, and Area 23 in Lilongwe, in addition to its existing stations in Blantyre at Nando’s and Zomba behind Bata.
The company says the expansion is part of its broader goal to bring courier services closer to the people while addressing long-standing challenges in the industry.

Mulauzi said many people have lost confidence in local courier companies due to delayed deliveries and mishandled parcels.
“There’s a big gap to fill in this sector. People have been complaining for far too long. You can send a parcel from Lilongwe to Blantyre and wait for more than a week — that’s unacceptable,” he said.
Swift Courier Services is pledging to change that narrative by guaranteeing next-day delivery for parcels sent within the country.
