Tabitha Chawinga top scores in Sweden

Former DD Sunshine Striker Tabitha Chawinga is now Swedish Division One top scorer with 21 goals. According to DD Sunshine director David Dube, Chawinga, 18, who plays for Krokom/Dvarsatts IF, scored five goals in a 9-0 routing of Open last month.

She also registered her name on the score-sheet in whipping Djursholm 8-1 followed by a hat-trick on August 9 when they beat league leaders Täby 5-3. Dvarsatts lie 4th in the league and 12 points adrift of the leaders.—PETER KANJERE News Analyst.
