CTS Courier has won the Best Local Courier Company award at the 2025 Business In-Detail Magazine (BIM) Awards, further strengthening its reputation as one of Malawi’s trusted delivery companies.
The awards were presented on Thursday at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe. The company was recognised for its reliable services and the confidence customers continue to show in its work.
During the same ceremony, CTS Courier co-founder and managing director, Jacqueline Bokosi, was honoured with the Woman of Excellence in Business Award for her leadership and dedication to growing the business.
Bokosi said the recognition reflects the hard work of her team and the support from customers.
“We are grateful for the trust Malawians have in us. These awards motivate us to keep improving our services and delivering with passion,” she said.
CTS Courier operates in Blantyre, Lilongwe, Zomba and Mzuzu, offering door-to-door deliveries, express services, bulk and corporate deliveries, and household relocation.
The BIM award brings the company’s total to five awards won in 2025, a clear sign of its steady growth and commitment to quality service delivery.
