CTS Courier has been named Malawi’s Most Reliable Courier Service at the 2026 Consumer Choice Awards in Lilongwe.
The award recognises the company’s contribution to reliable parcel delivery and logistics services across the country.
Speaking after receiving the accolade, CTS Courier managing director Jacqueline Bokosi said the recognition reflects customer trust and the company’s commitment to quality service.
Other winners included Kwezy Bus as Most Preferred Road Transport, Best Oil as Most Convenient Fuel Supplier and KFC Lilongwe as Best Fast Food Restaurant.
Makeup artist Cecelia Magaleta Loka won the Most Preferred Makeup Artist award, while First Choice Milk and Tasty Food Industries were recognised in the dairy and food manufacturing categories respectively.
