CTS Courier awarded best courier service at BIM awards
CTS Courier has been recognized as the Best Courier Service at the Business In-Detail Magazine (BIM) awards, held in Blantyre on Friday.
The annual awards celebrate outstanding contributions by individuals and companies across various sectors, acknowledging their role in complementing government efforts to alleviate poverty and drive economic growth.

Speaking after receiving the award, CTS Courier supervisor Stella Kachigambe expressed gratitude for the recognition, attributing their success to a dedicated team and a strong customer-centric approach.
She said: “This award is a testament to our commitment to providing reliable and efficient courier services. We are honored to be recognized and will continue to innovate and improve our services to better serve our customers.

“This award will motivate us to do more despite the challenges the industry is currently facing. In the month of March, we are opening five new branches and have also added new vehicles to our fleet to ensure we serve our customers better.
Business In-Detail Magazine (BMI) official Mirriam Mtambo emphasized the significance of the awards, highlighting that the event has been running for the past four years as a platform for young people to voice their desire to see businesses recognized from their perspective.
“We noted that most marketing events focus on recognizing professionals but not the clients who actually say, ‘You have done well.’ Our aim is to ensure that young people come up with business solutions that will help address the economic challenges the country is facing,” she said.
Other companies and individuals recognized for their contributions across various sectors include Salima Sugar, Sun ‘N’ Sand, Satguru Travels Malawi, Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd., and Jacqueline Bokosi.
