Mum in tears as Natasha survives third eviction
She was the happiest woman alive. That’s the best way to describe one of Malawi’s Big Brother The Chase representative Natasha Tonthola upon surviving her third eviction.
While Natasha was jumping, shouting and doing a ceremonial dance, miles away, her mother Elizabeth could not hide her joy but shed a tear.
“Should I say anything? I can’t believe this is happening. Thanks Malawi and Africa for trusting my daughter by saving her,” said teary Tonthola who was visibly overwhelmed with joy.
The Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe alliance proved too good and enough to save the three time nominee. Once again these three countries rallied behind the Malawian babe and gave her all the reason to be happy.
As the evictions were already started, all the housemates were waiting for the presenter IK to call their names, he first called Natasha and then he said “Natasha, you are safe”.
On being informed that she was safe, Natasha ran out of the house to the garden and started dancing, jumping and throwing arms in the air with joy, thanking Africa for saving her once again. She shouted as if she is the $300 000 winner of Big Brother The Chase.
Meanwhile, it never rains but pours for Natasha as she has received four votes from Monday’s nominations. South Africa’s Angelo, Feza from Tanzania who is also head of house in the Rubies, Sierra Leone’s Bolt and Ghana’s Elikem all put her on the firing line.
Zambia’s Sulu and Bolt are also in danger.
However, if Sulu is also up for nominations it will take away one vote from the Malawian who has consistently received votes from Zimbabwe and Zambia.
In the Diamond’s house, Namibia’s Dilish, Zimbabwe’s Hakeem, Annabel from Kenya and head of house Nando from Tanzania are all in danger for possible eviction come Sunday.
