Makhabane assured Malawians that he will perform his best and said ladies must come wearing flat shoes for a jive of their life.

“I am here with my full band and people should expect a very great show on Friday, ladies, please wear flat shoes because we will dance like never before,” he said.

Among the people welcoming the artist at KIA was Musicians Union of Malawi (MUM) president Chimwemwe Mhango who said he was excited that Malawi is hosting Makhabane, adding this means a lot to the country’s music industry.

“It’s a very big achievement to the music industry to host Sipho Makhabane, so I urge Malawians to come to the show in large numbers and I should also thank the Great Angels Choir for inviting him here,“ he said.

The Great Angels Choir is launching a website today, and Makhabane who is the guest artist at the show, will headline the launch.

Tickets for the show are selling at K10 000 standard and K50 000 for VIP. n
