Zathu Series in Season 6
Zathu series, a radio drama about various aspects of life among young people, goes into Season 6 on February 3 with new twists and turns.
The drama follows the lives of some young people as they try to balance school, personal growth and friendship.
“The new season explores where young people in relationships can access sexual reproductive health rights through the storyline of Chikondi and Avocado, who started a relationship towards the end of Season 5,” reads a statement from Zathu.
The new series will be hosted by C-Zee and DJ Goxy.
“The two have been on the road learning from outstanding and innovative young people around the country.
“C-Zee and DJ Gozy are talking to teenagers about relationships to support each other’s dreams and goals,” adds the statement.

According to www.zathu.mw, Zathu is a branded media initiative created with youth Malawian in mind and aims to inspire, inform and connect girls and boys to services they need, and to take action to change their lives.
Zathu works with Girl Effect, a creative NGO that uses media platforms (such as music and radio) to confront real-life issues for girls and boys; to challenge the way people think about girls and enable them to reach their full potential; and which in turn can help break the poverty cycle.
