Zeze Kingston, Pop Young in Mzuzu Ultimate Carnival

Trending amapiano star Zeze Kingston and rising artist Pop Young will on Saturday headline the Ultimate Mzuzu Carnival at Springs Park, Mzuzu.

The event organised by entertainment stable Beerland Festival will also feature performances from DJ Wayne, DJ subwoofer, DJ Kenny, DJ Happy, DJ Magic Mike and will be hosted by Homage.

Organiser of the event Kennedy Maluwa said they will deliver a real family entertainment experience.

“The event is inclusive as we are trying to cover for interests across the board. From the experience we had in the previous shows in Blantyre and Lilongwe we have improved a lot. We will not rest on our laurels, but we will continue exploring how we can perfect our delivery,” he said.

Other activities that will take place on the day include face painting, Fifa games, 360 video booth, beer pong, food stall exhibcocktails and shisha.

In a separate interview, Pop Young said music fans should expect to enjoy best performances.

He said: “It is a big event and we have prepared well for it. Everything is set and I am ready to turn up the heat with my brother Zeze Kingston. Let the people come in their large numbers to witness the good experience.”

Zeze Kingston said: “Team Zeze north branch is one of my favourite people to interact and perform before. As usual it will be good vibes.”
