Bobwants to focus on remaining six matches
Mighty Wanderers head coach Bob Mpinganjira says they need to put behind their 0-0 draw against Chitipa United which was their eighth this season and concentrate on the remaining six matches.
The Nomads had an opportunity to reclaim the top spot from leaders FCB Nyasa Bullets, who lost 2-0 to Creck Sporting Club at Aubrey Dimba Stadium.

But Wanderers were frustrated by the hosts who took the game to the Blantyre-based giants.
The two rivals are now level at 56 points, but Bullets lead the log table with a superior goal difference (GD) of 34 while the Nomads’ GD is 28.
But the Nomads have a game in hand.
In an interview after the draw against Chitipa, Mpinganjira said they will have to put behind the setback and focus on collecting maximum points in the remaining six matches.
He said: “A draw is not the result we were looking for, but that’s football. We just have to focus and win each coming game.”
During the match, the Nomads had themselves to blame after missing plenty of scoring opportunities.
Striker Blessings Mwalilino came close to giving the Nomads a lifeline in the tenth minute, but he failed to beat Chitipa United goalkeeper in a one-on-one affair.
His counterpart, Muhammad Sulumba also had an opportunity in the 43rd minute, but he shot wide from inside the box.
Winger Isaac Kaliati also missed an opportunity in the dying minutes after his free kick from just outside the box went over the bar.
Meanwhile, Bullets assistant coach Gilbert Chirwa, also expressed the technical panel’s frustration after succumbing to the first ever loss to Creck.
He said: “We will sit down with the boys and see what went wrong. We will do a post-mortem and see where we need to improve.”
Chirwa also admitted that with Wanderers having a game in hand, they are under pressure.
“There is always pressure whether you are on top or at the bottom,” he said.
But Chirwa cautioned against putting pressure on the players.
“These are our players, we cannot discard them before the season is over,” he said.
