CTS Courier upgrades to digital system for better service

CTS Courier, one of the country’s leading courier service providers, is set to go digital starting April 1, 2025, in a move aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer experience.

The digital platform will allow customers to book and pay for deliveries online, track their parcels in real time, and receive instant notifications on their shipments. Additionally, optimized delivery routes will ensure faster and more reliable services.

CTS Courier Managing Director, Jacquieline Bokosi, said the decision aligns with their commitment to speed, accuracy, and convenience.

“We want our customers to stay updated on their shipments. For instance, if someone in Blantyre sends a parcel to Lilongwe, both the sender and recipient will receive alerts at key stages of the delivery,” Bokosi explained.

She added that staff training and system testing are already underway ahead of the official launch. Initially, the digital system will roll out at main branches before expanding nationwide.

Bokosi also revealed that CTS has recently acquired cargo vans to enhance transportation and improve service coverage across the country.
