FDH Bank and international financial advisory firm Carrick Wealth, have dangled about K18 million ($25 000) prize for an individual that will hit a hole-in-one during an invitational golf tournament at the Lilongwe Golf Club (LGC) this Saturday.

Hole-in-one or an Ace is a rare feat in golf that occurs when one hits a ball from a tee and rolls it straight into the cup.

Nkunika: We take the opportunity to express our gratitude

Carrick Wealth (Malawi) managing director Gomezgani Kumwenda said they have made the offer to appreciate the support from their clients and raise awareness of their services.

“As an international financial advisory firm, whose head office is in South Africa and opened doors in Malawi in April this year, we would like to appreciate the support we have acquired so far from our clients in a special way,” he said.

FDH Financial Holdings Limited head of marketing and communication Levie Nkunika yesterday said they have organised the tournament to act as a platform for engaging with both existing and prospective clients.

“As a progressive and listening bank, we often engage our clients to hear their changing requirements. We also share with them our latest innovations that are inspired by their feedback.

“Above all, we take the opportunity to express our gratitude for the business they give us while we facilitate their growth with relevant financial and banking solutions,” he said.

The tournament is code-named FDH One Click Invitational Golf following the recently launched FDH One Click Bulk Payment Solution in Lilongwe, where the bank also unveiled the FDH Corporate Suite for better specialised service.

Last year, FDH Bank, which has over 54 branches and 96 automated teller machines (ATMs), hosted a number of golf tournaments in Nchalo and Lilongwe.
