Malawi President Joyce Banda on Monday treated Muslim Women’s Organization to Iftar, when she invited the grouping’s women to break

the fast with her at Sanjika Palace in Blantyre.

Iftar is held on the the 30th day of the Muslim month of Ramadan.

In her remarks, the Malawi leader guaranteed all the faithfuls in the country freedom of worship. She asked the Muslim women to peacefully coexist with other religious faith fulls.
