In his second consecutive game, Ngalande scored the winner as his BidVest Wits University beat Ajax Cape Town 1-0 at Bidvest Stadium on Friday night to go fourth on the South Africa Premiership 16-member table.

“Denver Mukamba provided a teasing cross from the right flank and Robin Ngalande slid in to finish from close range in the 51st minute. Ngalande only lasted another quarter hour in the match before succumbing to what looked like a cramp in his right calf,” reported www.kickoff.com.

Nyondo scored on his debut when University of Pretoria beat Bloemfontein Celtic 2-0 at Tuks Stadium.

“I am getting there,” was Nyondo’s reply when The Nation asked him how he was settling at Pretoria where he is on a year-long loan from SuperSport United.

Flames defender Limbikani Mzava played a full game for Celtic.

Flames midfielder Robert Ng’ambi was also in action when Platinum Stars played to a goalless draw with Free State Stars.
