Police Training School (PTS) from Kanjedza in Blantyre was last week voted best choir in the Sunday school talent promotion.

The show was organised by Blantyre Synod Sunday school of Zomba CCAP.

Speaking during award presentation, synod youth director the Reverend Dennis Mulele said their synod introduced children’s talent promotion to identify skills and teach them how to use the talents to spread the gospel.

“I am very happy with the performance. We have seen children preach and teach through dramas; choirs, stories and verse recitals. I wish to encourage teachers to continue teaching children so they grow in wisdom and favour of God,” he said.

Team leader for the winning choir attributed their success to hard work and determination.
