Twin M, local afro-pop duo of twin brothers Aaron and Andrew Masauli, are expected to share the stage with Mr Eazi tomorrow at Queensmaid Ground during a Big Turn Up show in Lusaka, Zambia.

The headliner, Mr Eazi, is a Nigerian artist based in Ghana. He is popular in urban West Africa with hits such as: Leg Over, Skintight, Pour Me Water and Bad Vibe.

Other artists lined up at the touted 2018 Zambia’s first big concert include Destruction Boyz from South Africa; Ammara Brown from Zimbabwe and Zambian artists such as Mampi, Jay Rox, Brain K, Wezi, Jae Cash and Chef 187.

According to the organisers Amigoz Events, artists billed to perform have been selected based on their songs that enjoyed airplay in the country last year. Twin M is on the list in recognition of their hit song, Single.

In an interview after their final rehearsals on Wednesday in Blantyre, Twin M assured Malawians of an impressive representation, saying they are charged to offer a great live performance.

“The practices were on point. We want to honour Zambians for giving our song [Single] airplay and the Amigoz Events team for this opportunity. We have incorporated urban dances to mesmerise fans there, too,” said Aaron.

The Manase Township-based twins, under Too Fresh Entertainment record label, are expected to leave for Zambia today. n
