Chirwa: We need support

A newly established church, Bangwe Kingdom Gospel based in Blantyre, says it has lined up a series of activities to raise funds for buying equipment for a public address (PA) system.

The church has since written well-wishers, politicians and concerned believers to help it acquire the equipment.

Secretary for the church, Clanford Chirwa, told Nation on Sunday that the church cannot do without the PA system as it helps ministers preach with ease.

“We need speakers, a keyboard and microphones, among others. The first activity will take place on December 1 this year when the church will hold a Paper Sunday. The venue for this Paper Sunday is Namiyango Private Secondary School in Blantyre,” said Chirwa.

He appealed to those who cannot travel to the venue to deposit their support at Limbe Branch of the NBS Bank, account number 0040827105017.

“Your contribution will be a great blessing to the church as well as your family. For those who can manage to come, we will be very glad to host you as we give praise and worship to God, the source of everything that we have in this world,” said Chirwa.
