Ctech pushes digital transformation agenda at Business Talk Expo
Ctech Systems says it will showcase a suite of digital solutions at the Business Talk Expo in Lilongwe, aimed at improving efficiency, cutting costs and boosting revenue for institutions in Malawi.
Speaking on the sidelines before the Business Talk Expo, Ctech Technical Sales and Marketing Officer Chimwemwe Mwalwanda said the company will present four flagship products designed to address operational challenges across sectors.

She said the systems are built to solve real problems organisations face, including manual processes, poor tracking systems and weak customer engagement.
“The Loan Management System streamlines lending by improving processing and repayment tracking, helping reduce default rates, while the Call Centre System integrates communication channels to enhance customer service,” she said.

Mwalwanda also highlighted the Grievances Redress System, which promotes accountability through structured complaint handling, and the School Management System, which digitises academic and administrative functions.
She said the solutions are tailored for the local environment, with low-bandwidth functionality, USSD and mobile integration to ensure accessibility even in remote areas.
“These innovations are designed to improve productivity through automation, reduce administrative costs and support revenue growth for institutions,” she added.
The expo will feature speakers include Minister of Local Government and Rural Development Ben Phiri, alongside Atupele Muluzi, Khumbo Soko among others.
The event is expected to attract entrepreneurs, policymakers and digital innovators from across the country.
