CTS warns of fake receipt scam
CTS Courier has warned customers against fraudsters issuing fake payment receipts to scam the public.
Managing director Jacqueline Msiska Bokosi said the company has noted cases where individuals are also using AI-generated images to appear credible.

“We urge customers to verify all payments through our official WhatsApp lines before transacting,” she said.
Bokosi said CTS does not operate in districts and only serves Lilongwe, Blantyre, Zomba and Mzuzu.
She advised the public to remain cautious and report suspicious activity.
