Ecobank Malawi rolls out new digital promotion
Ecobank Malawi has rolled out a new promotion that seeks to reward its customers who transact on the bank’s digital platforms.
In a statement on Friday, Ecobank Malawi country head of consumer banking Sophie Kalambule said through the promotion dubbed Ka *326# Weekend Starter Digital, the bank will be rewarding its customers every Friday.
She said 13 lucky customers will be rewarded with XpressCash tokens of K100 000, K50 000 and K20 000, which can be redeemed at any Ecobank automated teller machine using the cardless withdrawal option.
She said: “Through this promotion, we want to give our customers a small token of appreciation to kick-start their weekend in a jovial manner for simply onboarding and transacting on *326# mobile banking and Ecobank Mobile app.
“The good thing about these platforms is that they are absolutely free with no monthly fees, thus all our customers are being encouraged to sign up, use and stand a chance to win during our weekly draws.”
Kalambule said to sign up on Ecobank mobile, customers need to download the Ecobank mobile app on google play store and self-register using Ecobank Visa debit card.
She said the same applies on *326# where customers can self-onboard by dialling the code and follow simple prompts and steps.
