Unicaf, God’s Grace Academy sign MoU

Unicaf University last week signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the God’s Grace Academy to offer scholarships to students and members of staff.

Speaking during the signing ceremony in Blantyre, Unicaf University business development manager for Blantyre campus Khumbo Mhone said the MoU formalises the collaboration between the institutions.

She said: “Through this partnership, student and teachers will enjoy more scholarship than what we already give as well as helping them in various ways.

“Currently, we offer scholarships of 85 percent to bachelor’s degree students, 75 percent for master’s degree and 70 percent for doctorate degree. We hope that students and teachers will be able to enjoy this partnership.”

On his part, God’s Grace Academy principal Temwa Mbale said the MoU will have a positive impact to students and members of staff’s education standards.

“We hope that through this partnership, we will be able to collaborate on issues like trainings to members of staff,” he said.
